Dr. Jim Fike is an Internal and Aerospace Medicine physician with over 25 years of U.S. Air Force experience in global health engagements and operational medicine.

He is an adjunct assistant professor at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences and the US Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine, advises corporations, government agencies and healthcare providers on travel and tropical medicine, and teaches wilderness and austere medicine.
